30 day returns for your peace of mind

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to return any item purchased within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

This means you have plenty of time to make up your mind about your purchase and you don't have to feel rushed.

Return costs if applicable

If a machine has been purchased and you no longer need it, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. There is a charge for initial delivery and collection, plus a 20% restocking fee.

We must charge for the return of goods unless the item was delivered in error or is faulty.

Where a replacement product is required, our policy is to receive the original product back, inspect it to confirm it is in good condition before sending a replacement.

If the product has been used and returned within the 30 day period, the amount of the refund will depend on the condition of the item and any damage due to use, cosmetic or otherwise.

We ask that items are returned in their original packaging. If this is not the case and further packaging and collection services are required, you will be responsible for the additional costs. 

Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the refund has been agreed, provided that the goods are returned to us. You are responsible for the safekeeping of the product until it is collected by us. The same applies if you wish to return it yourself.
